Steinway's Lunch Concerts
Dear pianists, friends and followers,
When the lockdowns became inevitable, we set up Steinway’s Lunch Concerts as a platform for (Young) Steinway Artists, Spirio Artists and members of the Steinway Prizewinner Concerts Network in order to stay connected with their audiences. This project turned out to be enormously successful and helped many to overcome this challenging time.
However, as the lockdowns were being loosened more and more, the motto #WeStayAtHome, does not quite reflect the reality any more. Therefore, we stopped loading up new videos to Steinway’s Lunch Concerts in this version by the end of June. We will re-design the format and announce it at the time given.
Our cordial thanks go to all musicians who have contributed to this project! Of course, the repertoire will remain on the Steinway Website and can be watched again any time. Be invited to do so! Enjoy the recordings produced in a very demanding period, as well as the positive feeling that things are getting better!
All the best and stay healthy
Yours, The Steinway Team
